Shipping Policy

  • We currently ship only within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

  • Delivery is FREE across the UAE.

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day.

  • Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days (depending on location).

  • Remote areas may take slightly longer.

  • You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order has been shipped.


 Return & Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With all original tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase


2. How to Start a Return

⚠️ Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


3. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is:

  • Incorrect

This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right.


4. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement.


5. Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
